Michael O’Brien

Business Delivery Manager

Michael is a skilled Business Delivery and Project Manager with 20 years experience in the public sector, including 7 years at the UK Department of Health and over 12 years in the National Health Service, in a variety of roles.  Complimentary to his programme and project background, Michael currently leads on the internal business functions of NHS MLs Pharmacy Directorate, and has experience in procurement and contracts, finance, HR and business operational activities. He currently supports a range of senior colleagues with the mobilisation phase of a number of ongoing projects and is often the PMO lead for our larger programmes, as well as the lead for a range of internal business projects.
